I designate HunTel Long Distance as my preferred carrier for any toll calls made outside my Local Access Transport Area (InterLATA calls). I understand that only one carrier may be designated as my InterLATA toll carrier.

Please choose from the following plans:

Option 1:
10¢ per minute. Includes in-state and state-to-state calls. No monthly fee.

Option 2:
7¢ per minute on state-to-state calls and 10¢ per minute on in-state calls. No monthly fee. Available to HunTel telephone customers who subscribe to the Caller ID Package, the Voice Mail Package* or the Communications Package.*

Option 3:
Your first 20 minutes of long distance calls are free each month. After that, it is 7¢ per minute on state-to-state calls and 10¢ per minute on in-state calls. No monthly fee. Available to HunTel customers who subscribe to:

a) Either HunTel.net Internet Access or HunTel CableVision

                           and

       b) At least one Telephone Calling Feature Package
